Ampol Home Improvement provides residential remodeling, repair, and general contracting services. All services will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal prior to project start.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.*

• Final pricing may vary based on material changes, scope modifications, or unforeseen site conditions.

• Any changes must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due as agreed in the contract.

• Payments are accepted via cash, check, or electronic payment (details provided upon invoice).

• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Scheduling and Delays

• We strive to meet all project deadlines, but delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen conditions.

• We will communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work. A limited warranty covering workmanship is provided for [typically 1 year, unless otherwise stated] from project completion. Manufacturer warranties may apply for specific materials.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Project cancellations must be made in writing.

Ampol Home Improvement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
